Order Processor
Office based in Manchester
Up to £28,000 DOE

Our client, a well-established large format print company based in Manchester is currently seeking an experienced Order Processor to join their growing customer service team.

They are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent levels of service and act as the liaison for their customers, ensuring outstanding customer service and client satisfaction as well as developing existing accounts and manage client relationships.

The Role:

Supporting the team with processing of orders

Purchasing of requested materials for client jobs

Raising clients’ concerns and needs to the Account Managers

Answering the phone and dealing with client queries

Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

Work alongside the production team to ensure client orders are processed and completed in a timely manner

Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings

Managing timelines and deadlines your customers need to meet to ensure production milestones are achieved

Accountability of your own workload and supporting the team to cover annual leave.

The Candidate:

Professional experience in a sales or customer service role within the print industry

Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Able to take own initiative

Team player and willing to offer support when required.
