Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a 14-month infrastructure project. This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working options, and a contract outside of IR35. We need someone who can start immediately to contribute to the success of our project.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all quantity surveying activities for infrastructure projects
Develop and review cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
Track project costs and offer financial guidance
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
Ensure adherence to contract terms and project specificationsKey Requirements:

7+ years' experience in quantity surveying, particularly in infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to manage project costs effectively
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency in relevant surveying software and tools
Immediate availability required
