So we want someone who is good at planning and getting the best out of a CMMS system – but maybe someone who has gone into a business which is a “work in progress” on this front and helped to get it more systemised and organised (it’s a 150+ headcount business with strong lean/CI ethos so you have excellent support)
* They measure downtime, PPM and OEE. We want someone who can understand metrics.
* The kit is good. They are making small components for medical and aerospace. So it’s’ NOT massive industrial kit – bit more finesse/small intricate equipment which is high speed. So very clean shop floor.
* Pro-active and with a positive attitude – this company has a very friendly ‘can do’ attitude.
* Really this Nottinghamshire maintenance manager jobs role will suit someone who is reliable, conscientious and wants a really good family balance
