What will the Finance Manager role involve?

Producing monthly management accounts.
Ensuring timely and accurate project profitability and management information reports.
Preparing financial planning and analysis, including KPI management.
Managing cash flow and performing reconciliations.
Developing accounting and management information systems and reports.
Assisting with month-end processes, including balance sheet analysis and reconciliations.
Overseeing and managing day-to-day accounting processes and supporting team development.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

Qualified accountant (ACMA/ACCA/ACA) with experience in monthly management accounts.
Strong experience in budget preparation and financial analysis.
Excellent spreadsheet skills and experience with Xero preferred.
Effective communicator with the ability to work well with senior management.
Capable of managing workload and priorities to meet key deadlines.
Ability to influence decision-making through clear financial presentation.
