Scheduling Administrator
£26,000 plus discretionary bonus - OTE £29,000
Ashford
39 Hours per week - Mon-Thurs 8am - 5pm and Fri 8am - 4pm
25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

This Scheduling Administrator position is to work within a market-leading, manufacturing company to support the day to day needs of planning production through to site delivery and order fulfilment.
The duties for this Scheduling Administrator role will include but not be limited to:
Scheduling site installation dates by liaising with the customer and installation engineers
Producing monthly installation reports
Completing and issuing RAMs and COSH assessments to site contacts
Ensuring all job packs are ready for the engineers on a weekly basis
Uploading installation paperwork to the CRM
Processing weekly invoices for sub-contractors and daily checks of the employed engineers' hoursThe successful Scheduling Administrator will have / be:
Previous experience in a scheduling role - this could be manufacturing / engineering / care or any resource / job allocation-based industry
Computer literate
Confident building rapport with both external clients and internal colleagues
Confident to work on their own and take the initiative to solve problems
Proactive, flexible and adaptableImmediate interviews available for this role with an immediate start possible, however candidates on a notice will still be considered.
