We are pleased to be working with our client a local education body who has an urgent requirement for a School Administrator to join them on an immediate basis.

Hours of work 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday (with some flexibility)

Pay rate: £12.00 per hour

Ongoing Temporary

Key Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience in school administration or education is desirable
Experience with SIMS (School Information Management System) is advantageous.

Skills:

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a school environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome parents, students, and visitors with a friendly and helpful approach.
Maintain accurate student records and attendance.
Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth school operations.
Provide efficient administrative assistance to the school office.
Ideal Candidate:

Passionate about organisation and committed to supporting the school's mission.
Enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to work well within a team.
Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for students, parents, and visitors.
