Job Title: School Administrator , job vacancy, Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire (Specialist Education Provider).
Location: Newcastle Under Lyme: - Locations Within a 30-Minute Commute: Ideal for candidates commuting from Newcastle Under Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Crewe, Stone, and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be working in a Residential School setting, contributing to the holistic development and support of children with social, emotional, and communication challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the school’s administration systems and processes, including recruitment, quality assurance, HR, and record-keeping.
* Prepare and manage key performance reports for staff.
* Provide administrative support during the induction process for new employees.
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding tasks.
* Support the HR department in managing training records, tracking sickness, and absences.
* Administer and prepare all documentation related to examinations and invigilation schedules.
* Liaise with examination boards to ensure accurate administration of examinations.
* Organize, compile, and manage student reports efficiently.
Key Criteria:
* Extensive experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school or busy office environment.
* Adaptable, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the school and with external agencies.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
