Competitive PAYE Pay Rates:
Day Shift: £17.37 per hour (Equivalent to £36,130 annual salary)
Overtime: Up to £34.74 per hour with high overtime availability4-Day Shift Pattern:
Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pmKey Responsibilities:
Fabricating structural steel items in various grades and thicknesses
Performing MIG/MAG welding, including downhand, fillet, and butt welds
Working from detailed engineering drawings for precision and quality
Experience with flux core welding is a plus, but training will be providedRequirements:
Experience: Time-served or apprentice-trained Plater/Welder in structural or heavy steel environments
Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabricate to high standards
