Position: Teaching Assistant

Location: Maidstone

School: Outstanding All Age District Special School

As a Teaching Assistant at this exceptional special needs school, you'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment dedicated to providing high-quality education and care to children and young people aged 2-19 with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students with profound, severe, and complex learning difficulties, including ASD, in their daily activities and learning.
Assisting with personal care tasks as needed, ensuring the comfort and well-being of students.
Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to implement individualised education plans (EHCPs) and behaviour management strategies.
Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.What We Offer:

Willingness to undergo relevant background checks and obtain necessary clearances.
