Project Manager – Fit Out

Salary: Upto £75k

We are working with a leading fit-out and refurbishment specialist in London who is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. With a strong pipeline of work ahead, this is a great opportunity for someone with 5+ years of experience in project management within fit-out or refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and site teams to manage and coordinate project activities.

* Ensure health & safety compliance on-site and foster a zero-accident culture.

* Report to the Head of Projects, manage site programs, and develop detailed project milestones.

Must Have:

* 5+ years’ experience managing fit-out and refurbishment projects (Cat A & B preferred).

* Strong communication and leadership skills.

* Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
