* Guide new product development from concept to deployment.
* Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams on design, testing, and validation.
* Manage project requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
* Conduct product validation, compliance testing, and report creation.
About You
* Be able to do the job as described.
* Proficient in reading mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic schematics.
* Experience with servo systems and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
* Skilled in using 3D CAD or Electrical CAD systems.
* Comfortable managing sub-contractors and key suppliers
