Service, Calibration & Commissioning Engineer
£44 - £46k + Overtime (1.0x – 2.0x)
Shifts
Mon – Thu 8.30am – 5pm
Fri 8.30am – 2.30pm

What will I be doing as a Field Service Engineer?
* Carry out all service department activities as required
* Carry out any requests for service, calibration, commissioning and client training in the UK and worldwide.
* Assist ensuring that annual department sales targets are closely monitored and achieved in line with the business plan.
* Complete daily logs, delay logs, variation to contract orders, calibration certificates, project completion certificates, breakdown, site service and survey duplicate sheets.
* Ensure training documents and records of client training (with client signatures) are generated and on completion returned to projects file.
* Provide rapid response quotations for spares (as required) and any remedial or extra service work relating to site visits and health checks.
* Wherever possible assist in the pre-delivery testing of equipment and control panels
* Always adhere to company Health and Safety Policies
Skills and qualifications required of a Field Service Engineer?
* Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or a similar role.
* Multi skilled with an electrical bias split 60/40
* HNC qualified or equivalent qualification
* Knowledge and experience with PLC’s
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and components
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Availability to work overtime and overseas
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
