HR Administrator - People Systems
My client is looking to recruit for multiple HR Administrators on a 4 Month contractual basis to support with an ongoing HR Transformation Programme. As a HR Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for all HR related queries, along with supporting a new HRIS go-live.
This is a junior level role that will suit anyone with HRIS Administration exposure with around 1/2 years of experience. This will be paying roughly £200 a day Outside IR35 and is predominantly remote, with occasional travel to North West London as and when required.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with HR managers and other stakeholders to determine HRIS needs.
- Analysing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues.
- Creating user accounts, managing access, and updating employee information.
- Performing system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support.
- Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
- Recording and securely storing HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data.
- Auditing HR processes and documents, including payroll administration, staff turnover, hiring, and termination of service, when required.
