Events Coordinator
A fast-growing and global cybersecurity company is looking for an Events Coordinator to join their team based in central London.
In this role, you will manage the planning, preparation, meeting set-up, and execution of events in this busy role. You will be responsible for delivering 3-6 events per week and provide an exceptional experience for the client.
Role duties/key experience required:
- Support in all elements of event planning and delivery
- Act as point of contact for the briefing requestor regarding logistical requirements (catering, gifts, transportation, maps & directions)
- Communicate with Briefing Managers
- Order and supervise catering
- Day of the set-up of briefing rooms
- Provide administrative support to visiting account team and customers
- Purchase gifts, inventory management
- Order general supplies for EBC and provide costs to Management for budget reconciliation
- Coordinate with Places team (facilities) and IT
- Respond quickly and sympathetically to any last minute customer concerns or account team requests (maps, directions, conference room A/V support, etc )
- Maintain culturally sensitivity and flexibility for international guests
This is a 12-month contract with a high chance of extensions. Based in Central London, 100% on-site attendance is required. Paid via umbrella company (inside ir35).
