Role: IT Engineer (G Suite)

Location: Hybrid in Egham - some site visits required, all in London but travel is expensed

DRIVERS LICENCE REQUIRED

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Ideal Candidate

• Serve as the point of contact for all IT support requests and queries for clients
• Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
• Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers, smart phones, tablets, printers and network devices
• Everything from Cloud solutions, share point,installing Routers, cyber sec and telephony
• Pro-active operational monitoring check completed daily
• Willing to work late and weekends on an as needed basis
• Must have a desire and passion for continuous service improvement
• Must be mobile as will need to travel to client sites
