Software Development Manager.

Software Development Manager required by large complex organisation to lead a team of dynamic developers. Your role will be to contribute to the software development life cycle by overseeing design and development phases and ensuring seamless integration of DevOps practices. Increasing innovation and the maturity of the software development life cycle processes and controls and the timely delivery of software solutions.

You will need extensive knowledge and experience of the full software development life cycle, the design, development, management and maintenance of information systems and a wealth of experience in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript frameworks and associated technologies and methodologies.

This role will suit an experienced developer with recent team leadership/management responsibilities. The role is based in Newport and supports hybrid working, with two days per week required on site. This is an exciting opportunity to work on highly visible digital products, systems and sites.
