I am representing an accredited Microsoft Technology Partner and IT Managed Service Provider who can bring on an excellent Azure Support Engineer to join the growing team. You can expect to be supporting the wide client base with various IT issues.
Responsibilities for the Azure Support Engineer:
- Provide 3rd Line Level support across a range of complex incidents, leading from a technical standpoint
- Engage with customers through various channels to provide effective service to customer end users
- Prioritisation and management of allocated tickets, ensuring these are resolved within agreed SLAs
- Provide in depth technical diagnosis and resolutions of incidents around Azure, 365 and similar Microsoft platforms.
- Be a point of escalation for technical queries from the 1st and 2nd line teams
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience of providing IT support at 3rd line level
- Experience of administering and supporting the latest Microsoft Technologies (Azure, 365, Servers)
- Ability to build, configure and support Windows desktop systems
