Cyber/OT Security Project Manager
infeurope is looking for a Cyber/OT Security Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in Luxembourg.
Location: onsite position in Luxembourg
Start Date: 23/09/2024
End Date: 31/12/2025.
TASKS
Close collaboration with the BLD (Building Technology, Building Operations) and GDO (IT Network, IT Security), as well as Line Managers, Project Managers, Technical teams and with the relevant stakeholders within client's Group,
Establish project and maintain a comprehensive list of all devices and components of the OT environment together with FM network infrastructure,
Lead projects with BLD, GDO (IT department), contractors, suppliers and ensuring OT security best-practice are always conducted and prioritized,
Ensure that a project plan is defined and agreed amongst the involved stakeholders to achieve the objectives and monitor the continuous evolution of the actual's vs the plan,
Build and maintain projects knowledge management system in order to have full set of documentation related to each component of the OT network/environment,
Implement project or request regular FM security assessments for the specific building systems to identify potential threats and their impact on the OT systems (report findings and implement mitigation adequate measures in collaboration with GDO),
Set project guidelines on configuration of equipment in a way that will reduce the OT security risks and potential compromise of sensitive information,
Propose, design, and implement improvements to the OT environment in the FM network to boost its resilience,
Develop and maintain procedures to be followed in the event of the FM security event related to Operational Technology projects and solutions,
Propose improvements to policies, processes, and procedures both internal and related to third-party vendors and OT environment (and amend governance approach if needed),
Perform gap analysis projects against norms/standards: DORA, NIS2 or others related to OT,
Evaluate new building technologies for suitability in terms of compliance with established OT cybersecurity requirements,
Support the deployment and maintenance of the OT infrastructure and related equipment,
Review the architecture that will be suggested by the external providers to ensure that it fits the
functional and technical requirements of the projects and organization, plus ensure the performance of the OT network (stability, bandwidth) are sufficient to cope with the business needs,
Propose OT strategy for in collaboration with the external providers and based on the standards set by the Bank, the technology security standards of the facilities and workspace management of the Bank.
KNOWLEDGE
5 years of experience in:
Project management of complex Operational Technology environments in office buildings.
Development of OT security projects, strategies and architecture (in cooperation with IT teams).
Experience with OT security projects (design and implementation) for OT systems or elements like: Building Management/Automation, Digital Twin, Video Surveillance, Physical Access Control, Fire Detection, Intrusion Detection, Smart Building sensors, Digital Signage, Lockers, Food
payment, HVAC, Elevators, PLCs, etc.
Proficiency in OT/IoT/IIoT technologies and OT connectivity protocols such as: TCP/IP, Modbus, BACnet, RTSP, OSDP, OPC, KNX, SIP, PROFINET, S7, UDP, TLS, SDA, VRF, VLAN,WLAN, segmentation, OT Gateway, etc.
Proven ability to draft and document and work on projects, policies and procedures, network
diagrams, etc. related to OT.
Practical project and deployment experience in OT infrastructure understanding of Servers, network, virtualization, backup strategies, databases, applications, distributed systems and good understanding of high availability architecture.
Deep knowledge in OT projects standards or guidelines like: IEC62443, NIST 800.82, ISA99, etc.
Creating and running projects for architecture design, functional and technical requirements for OT solutions and management, patching and firmware updates for OT devices.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office 365/MS Teams/MS SharePoint) and specialized OT tools (eg: Phosphorus) and design tools (eg: AutoCAD).
A minimum level of C1 in English (and C1 in French would be an advantage).
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
