We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and expertise in technical support, particularly with Apple, JAMF, Intune, and Windows platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional IT service and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd & 3rd line technical support for a range of IT systems, with a primary focus on Apple, JAMF, Intune, and Windows environments
- Lead and mentor a team of technical support professionals, providing guidance and training as needed
- Analyse and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations
- Collaborate with other teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT services and support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our IT systems remain robust and secure
Day-to-day:
- Lead and coordinate technical support activities, prioritizing and assigning tasks to team members
- Respond to escalated technical issues, providing expert guidance and assistance to resolve them effectively
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to provide feedback, coaching, and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT service delivery challenges and improve overall performance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of technical support activities and solutions
- Monitor and report on the performance of IT systems and identify opportunities for enhancements or optimizations
