ROLE: Forklift Driver

LOCATION: Irthlingborough

HOURS OF WORK: Days

BASIC SALARY: £27,625 per annum

Company Profile

Our client is seeking a Forklift Driver to join their friendly and family run organisation based in Irthlingborough on a permanent basis. This role will require the safe operation of a Counterbalance to manoeuvre goods and unload vehicles.

In this Forklift Driver role, you will be responsible for:

* Using a Counterbalance in the stores and yard

* Unload and load containers safely

* Handle heavy and awkward loads using relevant MHE

* Adhere to all site Health & Safety

* Undertake any other duties necessary to assist with warehouse and production

To be successful as a Forklift Driver you will have:

* An up-to-date Counterbalance license

* Confidence to operate MHE in a safe manner

* At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role

* The ability to use own initiative and be a self-starter

* Good timekeeping and communication
