Wilson Recruitment is currently seeking a Sub-Assembly Welder to join a expanding team in Daventry. This role requires basic welding experience and a keen eye for detail to meet the high standards expected by the company’s Automotive OE clients. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

* Use MIG and/or TIG welding equipment to manufacture parts according to production schedules.

* Prepare tools, equipment, and parts for welding activities.

* Track works orders and processes via the company's shop floor data systems and ERP.

* Perform additional duties as needed.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a 37.5-hour workweek. Pay is up to £13.03 per hour. Applicants must have at least one year of MIG welding experience and must be able to commute or relocate to Daventry
