Cloud 21 is looking for a visionary Programme Director to spearhead the implementation of Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems, with a focus on Cerner. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care and drive digital transformation within the NHS.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of EPR implementations, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Trust and Programme Executive leadership, central Programme teams, and program/project managers.
Provide executive-level change management expertise, driving the adoption of new delivery models and system integration.
Identify, track, and support the realization of benefits associated with EPR implementation and changes in working practices.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Recognised Project Management accreditation (e.g., MSP, PgMP, Prince2)
Extensive experience as a Programme Manager/Director, managing EPR system implementations within NHS trusts
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Health (Cerner) EPR systems or alternative EPR solutions
Proven track record of delivering successful business change programmes
Strong operational acumen and understanding of healthcare processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDesirable Qualifications and Experience:

Additional relevant accreditations (e.g., change management, risk management, benefits management)
Experience working with NHSE governance and funding processes
