Start date: ASAP start Remedy are recruiting for a dedicated experienced Finance Officer to join a lovely Primary school. This temporary ongoing role offers the potential for a permanent position based on performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing and invoicing at two vibrant primary schools in London (less than 1 mile distance from each other).
Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee and manage the purchasing process for various school needs.
Handle the invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Work closely with the school administration to ensure financial operations run smoothly.
Maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with school policies and procedures.
Collaborate with staff to manage budget and expenditure over the summer period.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a finance role, preferably within an educational setting.
Familiarity with Financial Management Systems (FMS).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent numerical and financial management skills.
