Job Description:

As Group Temporary Works Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations for temporary works across. Your duties will include developing and maintaining procedures, conducting site audits and inspections, and collaborating with teams to select suitable external consultants.

This role is critical to the company's success and requires a strong focus on safety, compliance, and efficient management of temporary works.

Oversee Temporary Works governance across all projects.
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Manage Temporary Works design, implementation, and monitoring.
Lead and develop Temporary Works teams.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Represent the company in industry forums.

Requirements:

Chartered Engineer (CEng) - Preferred
Extensive temporary works management experience.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
Strong risk management and construction engineering knowledge.
Experience with large-scale, complex projects.
Health and safety expertise in temporary works.
Familiarity with international construction standards.
Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
