Your new role
* Working Monday – Friday, 37.5-hour week, across a portfolio of commercial healthcare sites (hospital, health clinics, dental practices, commercial offices), across Hillingdon, Hounslow, Brent and Wembley.
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties.
* Temperature tests, unblocking toilets and sinks, flushing, changing taps and showerheads, water hygiene, TMV checks, filter changes on AHU's, FCU's, replacing valves, bearings, and any other general building service duties.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.
* Must hold Level 3 C&G or NVQ / equivilent in any mechanical or plumbing bias.
* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
