Our client are a renowned name in the construction and infrastructure industry, is currently seeking a Sub Agent to join their team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in the successful delivery of highway projects, ensuring all works are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and supervising site operations to ensure project delivery meets timelines and specifications
Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, including method statements and risk assessments
Providing technical support and guidance to site staff
Maintaining accurate records of site activities and ensuring all relevant information is communicated to the project team
Ensuring quality control measures are implemented and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle
Managing subcontractors and ensuring their work aligns with project requirements

Job Requirements:

Experience in a Sub Agent role within the highway sector
Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proactive approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks effectively
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification preferred
