Location: Hybrid (2/3 times on site per month - South West)

Salary: £45 - 48,800 (+ excellent Employer pension and comprehensive range of Employee Benefits)

Key Skills: Prince 2 Practitioner, strong project governance, broad technical projects delivery experience across IT Architecture, Networks, Cloud Technologies and Infrastructure.

Summary

This is a really interesting PM role working in a high-profile public-sector setting. Our Client is seeking a Technical PM that can bring their experience of delivering a broad range of technical IT projects and who can work efficiently across ICT departments including Infrastructure, Service Delivery, Security and Dev/Ops etc.

From datacentre migration projects to cloud implementation projects, the Technical PM needs to be able to be adaptable to undertake whatever the nature of the project they are allocated and deliver it with the same high levels of project governance and stakeholder management.

Candidates need to be able to demonstrate:

2+ years project management experience delivering successful concurrent ICT projects using an industry recognised approach such as PRINCE 2.
Strong project governance skills and experience
Excellent stakeholder management experience
Broad technical understanding of IT Architecture, Networks, Cloud Technologies & Infrastructure from a projects delivery perspective.
Expertise in Project Planning and Control Techniques Methods and techniques associated with planning and monitoring progress of projects e.g. product / work breakdown structures, baselining, critical path analysis, earned value, resource analysis, conflict resolution.
Experience in effective and efficient deployment of resources, including reassessment and reallocation in a dynamic multi-project environment, to achieve optimum results.
Knowledge in Project Risk Management with the ability to effectively and efficiently manage risk within the project.
Strong written and communication skills
Great energy and drive!
** You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years in order to meet the security vetting required for this role
