Projects Specialist - Connected Car

  • Salary from £40,000 - depending on experience
  • Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)
  • Permanent

  • Near Epsom, Surrey (due to location own transport is beneficial)

You will be supporting the delivery of Customer Experience innovation and change initiatives, from concept development, research and piloting to refinement, rollout and handover to business teams to integrate as business as usual.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct market research, analyse industry trends and identify customer needs to drive product development initiatives that meet customer and market needs effectively.
  • Create and launch new strategies and approaches to achieving the activation target across the business, including Fleet.
  • Take ownership of in-flight activities to further increase conversion.
  • Taking part in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring all new Connected Services in the App are fully tested and working before launching those services to customers.
  • Support and educate the network (dealers and fleet owners) on how to increase adoption of connected services by customers.
  • Development of Source information hub content management to support Network with all Connected Services topics
  • Review and maintain up-to-date training around Connected Services; develop new assets in partnership with our Training department.
  • Support with regular and ad-hoc reporting to senior management and operational teams on Connected Services (eg activation rates, pilot results)

We're looking for someone who is not afraid to question and challenge current practices, has expertise in 'go to market' strategies, pays close attention to detail, and possesses strong Excel skills, proficient in PowerPoint with and Power BI being desirable.
