You will be supporting the delivery of Connected Services projects, data and insights, from research and piloting to refinement and rollout of the Pan-European Connected strategy in the UK.
What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for National Marketing and Sales Centre User Acceptance Testing, ensuring all new Connected Services in the App are robustly tested and working to deliver an excellent customer experience before launching services to the market.
- Monitor, report and make recommendations based on data, analytics and insights to measure performance and provide customer insight to support future phases of Connected Services.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to senior management and operational teams on Connected Services (eg activation rates, pilot results).
- Support with data access requests from across the business.
- Support with coordination of Operating Standards results, reviewing appeals and responding in a timely manner.
- Development of Source information hub content management to support Network with all Connected Services topics.
- Key point of contact for the Network and Customer & Network Support teams to support with all Connected Services topics.
- Review and maintain up-to-date training around Connected Services; develop new assets in partnership with our Training department.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong customer focus and a curious, analytical mindset. You should be skilled at managing multiple projects with different timelines and confident in communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience with 'go-to-market' strategies is essential. The ideal candidate will have an innovative approach, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint.
