Our dynamic partner is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their Plant Operations Division within the Water Utility!

The Engineering Manager will oversee a team of two direct and three indirect reports, managing design processes and leading improvements to water and wastewater treatment, as well as vertical distribution and collection facilities. This role involves high-level coordination and management of capital improvement projects, budget development, and leading operational improvements within the Utility and Division.

Requirements

Strong operational knowledge of water and wastewater systems

Understanding of hydraulics in distribution and collection systems

Exceptional management skills

Ability to communicate clearly

Collaborate effectively

Foster a positive and proactive workplace culture

Benefits

Annual Salary: $120,000 - $151,000 DOE/DOQ
