Get the best of both worlds - the stability and benefits of working for a company, with all of the flexibility of private practice. If you have thought about ditching your high-stress agency gig to start a private practice, but aren't sure you want to shoulder the burden and pressure of running your own business, this job is for you.

We've worked in the trenches. We know it can be soul-sucking seeing up to 8 clients per day, with high needs and minimal resources. And the stress has gotten even worse since the pandemic hit and mental health needs went through the roof. We offer a way to do what you're passionate about, without burning yourself out. We know that your energy and wellbeing are a valuable resource for helping others, and we support you in protecting that.

Come work less hours and get paid more than at an agency! At Empower Therapy, you get to choose which days and hours you want to work. We encourage taking vacations and personal time. If you want to work from home on Tuesday evenings in your pajama pants 'cause that works for you, go for it.

Individual and group supervision is provided in-house. We check in regularly to see how your caseload is working for you. When you are seeing the types of clients you love to work with and the amount of clients you want, everybody wins.

Solo private practice can feel lonely and isolating at times. If you are someone who likes to collaborate on cases on the fly and have those coworkers you're not afraid to admit you don't know something to, come join our team.

Empower Therapy welcomes diversity in our team and clientele, and values social justice. We welcome you, whoever you are. What makes you unique is awesome, and can be used to help others.
