NN1 Personnel are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to Join a growing logistics company based in Northampton.

Duties and responsibilities:

* Generating invoices

* Inputting all expenses.

* Assist in end of year filling

* Ensure company systems are kept updated

* Chase unpaid debit

* Respond and resolve emails/phone calls

* Report to accounts manager / directors with reports as and when required

* Any other bookkeeper/office admin related duties.

* bank reconciliation

Skills and experience required:

* Previous experience of working in an account’s environment.

* Demonstrate a can-do, proactive and motivated approach to any task.

* Previous experience of accountancy software - Sage cloud is ideal.
