Position: Art Technician

We are seeking a creative and organized Art Technician to support our vibrant art department at a dynamic school in Tower Hamlets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for the arts and a desire to help foster creativity in young people.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and set up materials and equipment for art lessons.
Assist teaching staff with practical demonstrations and classroom activities.
Maintain and organize art resources, tools, and equipment.
Ensure a safe and tidy working environment in the art rooms and studios.
Support students with their projects, offering guidance and technical assistance.
Manage stock levels and order art supplies as needed.

Essential Requirements:

A passion for art and creativity.
Experience working in an art studio, educational environment, or similar role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of various art techniques and materials.
