Our client is looking to recruit a talented ambitious Family Lawyer, to join there highly successful Private Family team on a full -time permanent basis. The team has an excellent reputation in the Essex market, and work for clients both nationally and internationally .

The role will involve dealing with a full and mixed caseload of private family matters, you will be responsible for running and managing your own cases with appropriate supervision.

The role

* Divorce/ Dissolution of Civil Partnership

* Financial settlements and claims following the breakdown of a relationship

* Enforcement of Financial Orders

* Financial claims on behalf of a child

* Applications for Parental Responsibility

* Domestic abuse and family law injunctions

* Separation Agreements

* Pre or Post Nuptial Agreements

* Cohabitation Agreements

* Declarations of Trust and Agreements regarding how a property/ asset is owned

The Candidate

* An ambitious Family Lawyer OR Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE

* Ability to develop relationships with clients

* Ability to network and business development to maintain and develop work from both existing and potential clients
