* POSITION 2: Assistant restaurant manager for a Hotel, £34k package, supporting the restaurant manager and f&b manager in the running of the restaurant. This role is a very hands on role. The restaurant is in a brilliant setting and fantastic views from the restaurant. live in.

* POSITION 3: Senior waiter required for a Restaurant with a rosette level restaurant, in the cotswolds, live in available. paid hourly, 40 hours, works out at 28k a year plus tips.
