Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including email and phone.

Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.

Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure they move through the sales pipeline.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment setting targets.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a high demand role of customer outreach

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
