Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their department needs.
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish to assess candidates' qualifications.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Maintain an accurate database of candidates and track recruiting metrics for reporting purposes.
Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
Requirements
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
