Site Supervisor (Groundworks)
Location: Tewkesbury, UK
Duration: 2 weeks
Rate: £280-£330 per day
We're seeking a seasoned Site Supervisor with a strong background in groundworks to join the team in Tewkesbury for a 2 week assignment covering holiday. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing site operations and overseeing groundworks projects.
Responsibilities:
* Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
* Planning and coordinating groundworks activities.
* Managing site resources, including labour and equipment.
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
* Resolving site issues and challenges promptly.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in groundworks.
* SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
* First Aid and Fire Marshall qualifications.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
