Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Passionate about everything Food & Beverage and putting a smile on guests’ faces? As a Part Time Breakfast Server, you will have the perfect opportunity to touch the hearts of our guests by treating each person individually and making their food & beverage experience unforgettable. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.
Complete Daily Operations (i.e. opening duties, stocking, polishing, cleaning and maintaining walk-ins, fridges and other areas as assigned by the F&B Manager on duty)
Meet and greet guests and coordinate with F&B Team regarding preferences, allergies and special occasions
Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Maintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue
Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures
Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
Serving group functions per individual client specifications
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Follow all Hotel Service Standards
Any other job tasks that may be assigned
Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling
Occasional lifting and carrying over 50 lbs
Frequent pushing and pulling up to 25 lbs
Frequent handling and reaching outward
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
