Job Description
How You’ll Make an Impact
Epsilon is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to be part of our Financial Reporting team. The Financial Reporting team supports a range of activities, responsibilities include providing analysis and reporting to company and product leadership and directly supporting initiatives across the Epsilon organization. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded performer who thrives in a fast paced and demanding environment, embraces a collaborative work style and possesses a clear customer and operations focus.
Work together win together: The position will report to the Senior Vice President, Financial Operations and will work closely with Epsilon senior leadership team and staff, financial planning team (FP&A), financial systems teams, Accounting, and employees from Publicis Groupe’s financial operations teams and leadership
Innovate with purpose: Epsilon’s Finance organization is largely focused on planning, analysis and reporting necessary to manage our ongoing operations. Historically standard financial analysis including M&A assessment and integration largely fell to Senior leadership within FinanceThis new structure allows us to ensure proper bandwidth, focus, and consistency in approach
What You’ll Achieve
Produce and manage financial materials associated with global financial budgets and projections.
Support negotiation and closure of significant Epsilon mergers, acquisitions, and intercompany agreements.
Coordinate with Epsilon functional teams to support integration of acquisitions and significant operational initiatives.
Develop a comprehensive standard analytic framework beyond current P&L based approach.
Engage with FP&A and Financial systems teams to develop approaches to financial projection.
Support the design and implementation of alternate views of financial reporting and metrics.
Update and manage financial structure and planning templates in our FP&A system (Prophix)
Ad hoc financial modeling and analysis as needed.
Who You Are
What you’ll bring with you:BA required in BA in Accounting or Finance
5-7 years’ experience with significant rigorous financial analysis including valuation, mergers and acquisition support, and global standard financial analysis
Advanced Excel skills
Financial systems experience: Hyperion Planning & Essbase; PowerPoint; SAP G/L
Experience working with translation of large data sets into actionable financial and operational models

Experience with Investment Banking or valuation firms
