Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting Assistance:
Assist the HR Director with the recruitment process, including posting job ads on various platforms, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.
Help screen resumes and process candidate information in our applicant tracking system (Smart Recruiters).
Maintain candidate databases and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to provide updates and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Data Entry and Management:
Accurately input and manage employee and candidate data in our HRIS (ADP RUN).
Regularly update and maintain employee and recruitment records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Assist with regular HR audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of all HR and recruitment-related information.
Employee and Candidate Communication:
Act as a point of contact for both employees and candidates regarding HR policies, recruitment updates, and onboarding.
Draft and distribute company communications, recruitment updates, and announcements.
Support new hire orientations and guide candidates through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
General HR Support:
Assist with benefits administration and respond to related employee inquiries.
Provide administrative support for the HR department, including maintaining confidential files and handling sensitive information.
Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned to support the team.
