Parallel Employment Group is currently hiring for the position of Operator- Mold Press Machine. As an Operator- Mold Press Machine, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the mold press machine in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the mold press machine to mold and shape products. You will work with a skilled team to ensure the efficient and accurate production of high-quality products. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot any issues that arise will be critical in maintaining the smooth operation of the machine.

Operate press mold machine

Remove part, clean machine with air, spray with no stick coating

Trim and Inspect parts

Package parts for shipping

Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Prior experience operating mold press machines in a manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends

Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lifting, twisting turning and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

2nd & 3rd shift $17.50
