Job Description
The Home Depot Outside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing market share, sales growth, and customer advocacy of Thomasville Cabinetry within the assigned sales territory. This role will work exclusively with Home Depot stores in the Miami & Ft Lauderdale, FL markets.
Accountabilities
Meet or exceed all sales targets in assigned accounts while increasing market share.
Execute daily sales calls at Home Depot stores in assigned territory
Drive sales and marketing initiatives in the field to launch
Develop and train designers on product offering, cabinet design, and design software with Thomasville Cabinets.
Teach and coach the store designer on how to pitch the sale or improve the layouts of the cabinets on their design system to secure the sale
Develop territory and store-level strategy to increase market share
Gain understanding and insight of customer and consumer needs by direct interaction with consumers
Effectively manage issue resolution, customer communication through direct influence and relationship building with designers and interaction with the customer/contractors.
Maintain and update store displays, marketing materials and execute new program initiatives
