As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to support and facilitate the learning and development of students with special educational needs.
Responsibilities:
Adapting teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student
Assisting in the preparation and organisation of learning materials and resources
Monitoring and recording students' progress and reporting any concerns to the teacher or SENDCo
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborating with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to students' educationThe ideal candidate would have:
Previous experience working in a similar role or an educational setting
Knowledge of special educational needs and understanding of different learning styles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students
