The role - Senior Client Management Administrator
Location - Glasgow City Centre (WORK FROM HOME)
Salary - £25k

We are looking for a confident individual with an eye for detail to join our clients Finance team. The ideal candidate will be used to working in a commercial environment and overseeing financial data.

Our client has a great reputation within their field of expertise and you will be joining a small yet dedicated team.
You will oversee the flow of financial data in relation to customer orders and it will be your responsibility to not only ensure the data is accurate but to signpost any irregularities.

This is a full-time position - Monday to Friday - 9.00-17.30 and after an initial training period this will be a fully remote role. Candidates must be able to attend training (Monday to Friday) in Glasgow City Centre for a minimum of 3 weeks.

How your day may look -

* Controlling the credit limits and payment terms for clients
* Making quick accurate commercial decisions re finance/credit limits
* Running credit checks on every client
* Checking over every sales order to ensure there is no potential for fraudulent activity.
* Ensuring payment details are 100% accurate and querying any anomalies.
* Thoroughly investigating any 'red flags' and liaising with senior management on the best way to progress.

Skills/personal attributes -

* Confidence to have difficult conversations and address irregularities
* Patience to go back and forth with customers to clarify data.
* High volume call handling and inbox management
* An eye for numbers and ability to spot inaccuracies
* Ability to use initiative but also know when the right time is to confer with senior management
* Previous experience of both local authority and commercial client credit management
* Experience of working in a position of trust and ability to use own initiative.
* Commercial acumen

This is a newly released role which will be regarded as a senior appointment within the team. You will report directly to the Senior Leadership team.
