We are seeking an Administrator to join a public health care organisation. Based in Chatham with a flexible hybrid working setup, you will play a crucial role in delivering essential administrative support to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and triage new referrals.
Act as the first point of contact, manage enquiries, and maintain office supplies.
Process and validate invoices, handle discrepancies, and raise credit notes.
Arrange and support meetings, minute-taking, and manage diaries.
Handle post and ensure up-to-date departmental information.Requirements:

Strong administrative skills and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate typing.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information.
