As a Care Support Worker, you'll help people live their best life by assisting with daily activities and personal care. You'll support individuals to pursue hobbies, build relationships, and stay connected with their community. You'll be an advocate for those you support ensuring they're safe, heard and respected. You'll work closely with families, friends and other professionals to provide the best care possible. Bringing creativity and flexibility to each day, ensuring that every person's voice is heard and respected.
You're someone who is kind, patient, and truly passionate about helping others. You thrive in a busy, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You're great at communicating and building relationships and you've got experience either voluntary or professional in support vulnerable people. You’re flexible and willing to work weekends and bank holidays.
Could it be you?
To be a success in this role, you have
* A Care Certificate and NVQ Level in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
* A positive attitude and the desire to make a real difference.
