Part-time, term time only Catering Assistant required in Bridgwater – TA6

£11.44 per hour
20 – 26.25 hours per week
Monday to Friday
About the job

Prepare food in accordance with agreed recipes/methods
Preparing food for chilled and or hot transportation
Decant and/or serve food where required
Maintain food safety records.
Refill and replace consumables
Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
The right candidate

Happy to undertake a DBS criminal record check prior to starting work
Experience of working in a catering environment & within a team
Good communication skills, and literacy / numeracy skills
Experience of cooking/food preparation for large numbers
Willingness to gain recognised catering qualification
Flexibility to undertake holiday cleans when required
