Do you have a knowledge of PLC's, HMI Software and SCADA Systems? Are you qualified to ONC level or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or above? If so, a specialist manufacturing company based in Benfleet are looking to recruit an Electrical Engineer to work within their expanding Projects Office to provide both office-based technical support and on-site services to their clients. The company have been established for over 40 years and can offer a friendly and stable working environment.

Duties:

Working within the Projects office in a team of 5 providing project engineering support and coordination/management of specified customer projects or orders.
Following a period of training you will provide both office based technical support and on-site service to the company's customers worldwide.
Using knowledge of PLC's HMI software and SCADA systems to provide in house programming and fault finding.
Liaising with design draughtman, project engineers and electrical workshops in all aspects of the company's electrical/electronic engineering activities.

Candidate requirements:

Must have an ONC qualification in a relevant subject or higher.
A good knowledge of PLC's, HMI software and SCADA systems
An understanding of Eplan and AutoCAD based software is preferred.
An electrical design, manufacture, installation or maintenance background would be an advantage.
Must be willing to travel worldwide
Due to the nature of the business candidates who do not hold a British or EU passport will not be considered
Must have own transport
