Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Holmewood, Chesterfield.
Contract Details: Full Time
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
Dealing with inbound customer queries via telephone, email, and the website
Providing quotations and processing customer orders
Assisting the external sales team with information, pricing, and quotes
Liaising with the tech support team for technical product queries
Utilising the MS Office suite for documentation and reportingEssential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a commercial (Business to Business) environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficient in using MS Office suite
Attention to detail and ability to multitaskDesirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
